I'm unable to access a database. What should I do?

Answer

First, make sure your internet connection is working and allowing you to access other sites.

Second, double-check that you're using the link that appears on the Articles & Databases page under Databases A-Z. There will be a prompt for you to enter your CSUMB OtterID and password before granting database access.

For faculty and staff, if you have the GlobalProtect VPN provided by IT, please check that it is turned off.
